We are working with a care provider, who supports people with a range of learning disabilities and associated needs throughout Dorset in a supported living setting.
Registered Care Manager | Dorchester | £30k-36.5k per annum
A new opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager in the Dorchester area, and will be responsible for running the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring best practice is observed at all times and supported by a Deputy Manager and a Support Coordinator.
Applicants should have experience in managing in a similar setting and have an in-depth understanding of the needs of people with Autism and some behaviours that can challenge. Qualities we would like to see in a Registered Care Manager include focus, passion, drive and great leadership.
You will need sound Knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering best practice at all times.
We ideally want to see a level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or relevant Diploma).
You should also be able to demonstrate initiative and excellent interpersonal and management skills, aswell as flexible working (including evenings / weekends).
