Typically we support specialist Senior Management positions, or fixed projects where there is an immediate specific need, in an end-to-end approach that constantly evolves and adapts to the needs of the industry and the people we serve.
No matter the needs of our Clients, we work across the private and voluntary sectors, supporting organisations who have one service or one hundred.
We've overseen staffing new services, mergers, expansions and redevelopments. We have supplied a full relief team for transitioning sites, and run bank services at hundreds of hours for providers repositioning teams.
We have solid (and regularly audited) compliance controls and an excellent hit rate. Providers continue to work with us because our rates are reasonable, we are friendly and professional, and we have a good track record of engagement in ‘harder to fill’ positions and areas.
There are lots more, but those are some examples of us working reflexively to the needs of our Clients beyond the usual single vacancy response agencies are sometimes engaged for.
