In our commitment to delivering the best possible service to clients and candidates alike, aswell as our robust compliance, auditing and workforce management processes (which are regularly audited by local authorities and third party care providers) we are also members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), whose Code of Good Recruitment Practices ensure the highest possible standards across its member base.

We've also been named a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2), a government scheme which aims to help employers recruit, retain and develop people with disabilities and long-term conditions into employment.

RB Social Care is also involved in Purple Tuesday; a global initiative that helps businesses to improve the experience for disabled customers.
